WILLIAM joined in June 2022 as Head of Human Resources & Administration.

William has over 25 years in Human Resources from the insurance, banking, and information technology sectors with involvements in strategic human resources, transformations, merger & acquisition, and industrial relations. His experiences covered South-East Asia countries, Hong Kong, and Macau. He was the former Head of Human Resources with The Pacific Insurance Berhad and AmGeneral Insurance Berhad/Kurnia Insurans where he also held positions as Advisor in the CEO Office and also, Prudential Affinity Agency Business in Pacific Insurance. Prior to this, he was with Ernst & Young Management Consulting and Hong Leong Group of Companies (both Insurance & Banking).  William is active in community services and previously sat as a Board member for a community charity organisation.

He holds a Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northwest Missouri as well Science with Education from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He was a former scholar under the AIG Starr Foundation, New York.
