FUKHAIRUDIN MOHD YUSOF

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

FUKHAIRUDIN was appointed CEO of Etiqa General Insurance Berhad (formerly known as Etiqa Insurance Berhad) on 1 January 2018, bringing over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has extensive expertise in operations, commercial strategy, and corporate governance. Fukhairudin started his career in 1994 after completing his Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) from CII College of Insurance, Sevenoaks, Kent, UK. He was later accorded the title of “Chartered Insurer” by the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK, and is a Fellow of the Asian Insurance Institute (FAII). He actively contributes to the broader insurance sector through governance and advisory roles. Fukhairudin has been a board member of Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) since April 2022 and serves on the board of the Vehicle Theft Reduction Council of Malaysia Berhad (VTAREC) since February 2023.
