YM RAJA AZLAN SHAH RAJA AZWA is LRe’s Non-Executive Director since August 22nd 2019, and is the Chairman of Audit Committee and a member of Remuneration & Nomination Committee. Presently, he holds the position of Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at MISC Berhad (previously held the position of Vice President Finance), and he was the Group Chief Executive Officer at Percon Corporation Sdn Bhd, Group Chief Executive Officer at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care Sdn Bhd and Managing Director at Sime Darby Healthcare Sdn Bhd. He holds a Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Sheffield, UK and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is currently a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad, listed on Bursa Malaysia Berhad.
