YM RAJA AZLAN SHAH BIN RAJA AZWA, aged 53, Malaysian. Currently Board Member and Chairman of Audit Committee at Labuan Reinsurance (L) Ltd. Presently, he holds the position of Vice President Finance at MISC Berhad effective April 8^th 2019. Previously, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer at Percon Corporation Sdn Bhd, Group Chief Executive Officer at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care Sdn Bhd and Managing Director at Sime Darby Healthcare Sdn Bhd. He holds a Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Sheffield, UK and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is currently a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad, listed on Bursa Malaysia Berhad.
